⚠️ Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to have been opened, or contains incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the package and items received.
If a parcel is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can assist with checking its status with the courier.

Vitello is not responsible for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied during checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
